Social security card can't be used by others.

(1) The social security card is only used by the insured, and it is not allowed for family members, friends or anyone else to use it fraudulently. (2) Fraudulent use of other people's social security cards is a theft. If the circumstances are particularly serious, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to relevant state laws and regulations.

The social security card is for personal use only, and the cardholder shall not lend, transfer or disclose the card password. Otherwise, the losses caused thereby shall be borne by the cardholder.

According to relevant regulations, the insured shall not lend his social security card to others, which may bring unnecessary losses to himself.
