Processing flow:

1, to the city street social security service center;

2, staff application materials, through the preliminary examination, print and fill in the "application registration form";

3. The applicant shall check the information in the application registration form and sign for confirmation;

4. The civil servant and social security card management center shall complete the business card printing within 30 days after receiving the application materials, and notify the applicant to get the card;

5. After receiving the card receiving notice, the applicant will go to the original handling point to receive the social security (citizen) card with his original valid identity document.
