Can a foreign account in Xiamen pay social security by itself?

Foreign accounts can pay social security by individuals. Individuals can pay basic old-age insurance, medical insurance and other insurance that can be paid by individuals as flexible employees. Individuals can apply to social security agencies for insurance according to law, submit identity certificates, household registration books and other materials, and pay at the prescribed rate.

Article 10 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals pay the basic old-age insurance premium. Article 23 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic medical insurance premium according to the provisions of the state. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic medical insurance for employees and other flexible employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations. Article 44 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in unemployment insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay unemployment insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations.
