All employers within the territory of Kelamayi City, including all types of ownership of enterprises, institutions, public institutions, social organizations, private non-enterprise units not insured employees.

Processing materials

1, city (district) people's government approval of the establishment of the approval or the town (street) government issued a certificate and stamped with the official seal (original and copy);

5. Application form for registration of insurance and other materials.

Procedure

Procedure:

1, the applicant submits the application materials to the agent unit;

2, the agent unit uniformly submits the application materials to the social insurance active management bureau acceptance of the application;

3, the acceptance of the department from the date of receipt of the application materials within five days of the application materials for examination and acceptance of the application materials, and decide whether or not;

4, the social insurance active management bureau acceptance of the application materials;

6, the social security department of the social insurance active management bureau;

4. After the Social Insurance Fund Administration examines the materials and approves the application, the registration of participation in the household is completed.

Note: If the application materials are incomplete, the applicant will be informed of all the contents that need to be corrected in one go within the above 5 days, and the applicant shall correct the materials within 5 days from the date of receipt of the "Notification of Corrected Materials".

Late correction is deemed to withdraw the application. However, after correcting the materials, the applicant may reapply within the statutory validity period.
