Provisions for temporary workers to purchase social security

Legal analysis: the law stipulates that employers must buy social security for temporary workers. At present, there are no temporary workers in the country. Anyone who establishes a labor relationship with an employer must sign a labor contract and participate in social insurance according to law. Therefore, temporary workers should also participate in social security. According to relevant regulations, the employer shall register social insurance for its employees and declare and pay social insurance premiums within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the employer shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment.
