Can rural social security card be reimbursed for medical treatment?

Legal analysis: rural social security can be reimbursed in different places. The new rural cooperative medical system shall be filed with the new rural cooperative medical system within three days after hospitalization, and can be reimbursed within 10 working days after discharge. The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
