I. Introduction Plan
Our city plans to introduce 54 1 high-level talents in urgent need. Among them, 475 people were introduced by public institutions and 66 people were introduced by enterprises (see annex 1 for specific job information). Second, introduce the object.

Third, the basic conditions
(a) support the constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), support the leadership of China and the socialist system, abide by national laws and regulations, have good conduct and professional ethics, and have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

(2) Qualification examination
Post-qualification examination of on-site applicants will be conducted at the event site. To participate in the post qualification examination, it is necessary to provide the "Dazhou 2020 Talent Plan Famous University Talent Introduction Registration Form", my ID card, degree certificate, graduation certificate, relevant professional and technical post qualification certificate and important scientific and technological achievements or academic achievements certification materials on the spot; Fresh graduates are required to provide relevant academic qualifications and professional certificates issued by institutions; Overseas academic qualifications should provide academic certificates certified by relevant academic certification institutions of the Ministry of Education; The staff of government agencies and institutions need to provide proof that their units agree to apply for the exam.
Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction activities. The information and materials provided by candidates at the time of registration must be true and effective. In any link, if it is found that the applicant provides false materials or does not meet the qualifications required for the post, its introduction qualification will be cancelled.
(3) Evaluation method
1. Measures for the assessment of public institutions.
① Those with master's degree or above (including 3 1, fresh graduates who graduated before August 20265438) or those with junior high school or above professional and technical titles only conduct interview assessment, that is, structured interview method, with total score = interview assessment results.
(2) Full-time undergraduate students who apply for health posts only conduct interview assessment, that is, structured interview method, with total score = interview assessment score; If you apply for other positions, you will take the "written test+interview" method. Take a written test first, then an interview. The written test ratio is 1:2, and the corresponding post introduction plan will be cancelled if it is lower than the written test ratio. Total score = written test ×50%+ interview ×50%.
(3) The post of Party School of Dazhou Municipal Committee adopts the mode of "trial lecture+structured interview+material writing"; Total grade = trial lecture ×60%+ structured interview ×30%+ material writing × 10%.
Those with a total score of less than 70 points will not be introduced.
2. Enterprises introduce talents to conduct comprehensive tests, which shall be independently implemented by the employing unit in combination with the actual situation. The time, place, method and other related matters of the comprehensive test will be notified separately on Dazhou Pioneer Network and Dazhou Personnel Examination Network.
(4) physical examination.
According to the total score from high to low, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of post demand plan 1: 1.
1. Those with master's degree or above (including fresh graduates who graduated before August, 2002/kloc-0) or professional and technical titles with sub-high or above will be directly organized to take the test, and those with high test scores will enter the physical examination scope.
2. Full-time undergraduate staff, with the same total score, apply for health posts and directly organize additional tests. Those with high test scores will enter the medical examination scope; Those who apply for other positions will enter the scope of medical examination with a high score in the "written test". If the scores of "written test" and "interview" are the same, an additional test will be organized, and those with high scores will enter the medical examination scope.
3. Those who apply for the post of the Party School of Dazhou Municipal Committee, with the same total score, will enter the medical examination scope with the highest score of "trial lecture"; If the total score is the same as that of "trial lecture", those with high scores of "structured interview" will enter the scope of medical examination; If the results of "trial lecture", "structured interview" and "material writing" are all the same, an extra test will be organized, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination scope.
Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Anyone who practices fraud or conceals the real situation in the medical examination, resulting in distortion of the medical examination results, will not be introduced.
The organization inspection mainly takes the form of individual conversation and access to information. The main contents of the investigation are morality, ability, diligence and honesty, as well as the matching of physical health, mental health, honesty and posts. If it is found that it is not suitable for this position during the inspection, it will not be introduced.
In case of unqualified physical examination, inspection or other vacancies, with the consent of the employing unit, it can be replenished according to the total score of the same post from high to low.
(5) Employment publicity
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on Dazhou Pioneer Network and Dazhou Personnel Examination Network for 7 working days.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employer shall go through the relevant import procedures according to the prescribed procedures.
