Payment of endowment insurance can be entrusted to others.

The process of individual endowment insurance is as follows:

1. Individuals who pay endowment insurance can buy endowment insurance as freelancers;

2. The insurance conditions are urban hukou or rural hukou;

3. When an individual applies for endowment insurance for the first time, he/she needs to bring his/her valid ID card, the original and photocopy of the household registration book, and two 1 inch bareheaded photos, and go directly to the local community street social security service point or the district/county social security bureau for handling.

4. The annual contribution of individual endowment insurance is equal to the annual contribution base multiplied by 2 1%, in which the annual contribution base is selected by myself between 60% and 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the province last year;

5. If the insured person needs to renew the insurance, he/she needs to bring a valid ID card, household registration book, employee pension insurance handbook and other related materials to the local social security bureau for renewal.

To sum up, the basic old-age insurance combines social pooling with individual accounts, and the basic old-age insurance fund consists of employer and individual contributions and government subsidies. If individuals want to buy old-age insurance, they need to bring ID cards, household registration books and other related materials to the local social security management service center to buy old-age insurance.

Employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance, and individuals pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

The measures for the endowment insurance of civil servants and staff managed by reference to the Civil Service Law shall be formulated by the State Council.
