Can I buy a house in Tianjin without social security?

Tianjin officially implemented the purchase restriction on April 17, 20 1. Non-Tianjin household registration in Tianjin to buy a house should meet the following conditions:

You can buy a house in Tianjin by paying Tianjin social security for two consecutive years in the past three years, or providing tax payment certificates.

You can't buy a house without the above conditions, but you can buy an apartment or a shop.
