How to handle the joint card of Beijing housing provident fund?

On March 25th, 20 13, the new co-branded card system of Beijing Housing Provident Fund, which was built by Capital Information Housing Information Service Center, was put into operation. Deposited employees can freely choose the card issuing bank that cooperates with the provident fund center according to their own needs, and can apply for joint cards in several cooperative banks, but each bank is only allowed to apply for one card. Deposit employees can go to the Beijing branch of Bank of Communications, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Bank of Beijing, China Construction Bank and Bank of China, but only one card is allowed for each bank.

How to handle the joint card of Beijing housing provident fund?

Issue Beijing Housing Provident Fund Co-branded Cards to employees who set up housing provident fund accounts (excluding employees of State Administration, Zhongzhi Branch and Railway Sub-centers).

In order to ensure the correctness of distribution, all employees can handle it except the following employees:

1) Employees with multiple accounts need to merge their accounts;

2) If the employee ID number is duplicate, it needs to be corrected;

3) About employees of sealed households: employees whose accounts were sealed in the original company can apply for new co-branded cards, but employees in centralized sealed warehouses cannot apply for cards, and they can only apply for them after they are transferred to normal deposits;

4) The employees of the three sub-centers of State Administration, Zhongzhi and Railway are temporarily unable to apply for new co-branded cards and continue to use the old cards;

5) Employees can go to the business outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank and Bank of Beijing in Beijing for free, and other banks can handle it except those designated by China Construction Bank.
