The oral report of loss is valid for 7 days, and will be automatically released after the effective time. During the oral report of loss, it can be released by social security card service outlets or "Qin Yun Employment" WeChat applet, "Shaanxi 12333" WeChat official account and Shaanxi People's Social Service Network. After confirming the loss of social security card, go to the service outlet of the social security card issuing bank to formally report the loss of social security card. The official report of loss cannot be revoked, the original card is invalid, and a replacement card is processed at the same time. The outlets for card exchange can be inquired through the "Qin Yun Employment" WeChat applet, "Shaanxi 12333" WeChat official account, Shaanxi People's Social Service Network and other channels.

Steps to change the social security card bank: firstly, go through the cancellation procedures at the original social security card issuing bank, transfer the balance of the personal financial account of the original social security card, and the original social security card will be recovered and destroyed by the issuing bank.
