Call the service number and follow the voice prompts to inquire about the details of the medical insurance card.

Note: the balance of the medical insurance account is not cleared, and the personal account can still be used after the medical insurance fee is broken. The money in the account belongs to the cardholder himself and can continue to be used for medical treatment and medicine purchase.
