Personnel Training of Social Security Research Center of Wuhan University

The center has achieved remarkable results in the training of social security professionals and played a leading and exemplary role in the development of social security disciplines throughout the country. Relying on the annual social security forum of Wuhan University, the center held national advanced seminars and training courses on labor and social security, which formed a certain brand effect. Participating in the training are university teachers and practitioners from all over the country, as well as doctoral and master students majoring in social security in Wuhan University. The form and content of the training courses were well received. Through curriculum development, the center absorbs graduate students to participate in the research group, promotes the transformation of the latest research results to the teaching level, updates the teaching content and improves the teaching level.

Senior professionals such as doctors and masters in social security trained by the center have grown rapidly. By the end of 2005, the number of graduate students in the center headquarters alone had reached 1 14, of which 87 received master's degrees and 27 received doctoral degrees. Master students and doctoral students 109 (including 38 doctoral students and 7 master students1person). Some doctors trained by the center have become the heads of important positions in the government and enterprises. In addition, the members of the center are also the founders and principals of MPA education in Wuhan University. At present, more than 600 students have been enrolled, and the center has become a professional talent pool and talent training base in the field of social security research in China.
