Social security to pay 1 year can receive unemployment benefits. The law provides that unemployment insurance benefits are paid in full and in a timely manner to the unemployed who have participated in the insurance premiums for 1 year, who have interrupted their employment not because of their own will, and who have registered as unemployed and have a requirement to find a job. China now provides for the extension of the period during which older unemployed persons receive unemployment insurance benefits, and for unemployed persons who have not yet been employed at the end of the period for which they have received unemployment insurance benefits and who are less than one year away from the legal retirement age, they may continue to receive unemployment insurance benefits until the legal retirement age.

Legal Objective:

Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law Unemployed persons shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Fund if they meet the following conditions: (1) the employer and the unemployed person have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before becoming unemployed; (2) their employment has been interrupted not because of their own will; and (3) they have been registered as unemployed and have a requirement to look for a job. Article 46 of the Social Insurance Law If the employer and the unemployed person have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year or less than five years before becoming unemployed, the maximum period of time for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be twelve months; if the accumulated premiums have been paid for five years or less than ten years, the maximum period of time for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be eighteen months; if the accumulated premiums have been paid for ten years or more, the maximum period of time for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be twenty-four months. After re-employment, if you are unemployed again, the contribution time is recalculated, and the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is combined with the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits that should have been received but have not yet been received in the previous unemployment, and the maximum period is not more than twenty-four months.
