1. If you have a Suzhou hukou, you can apply for personal social security.

See which section the ID card is in. You can go directly to the social security center in your district for consultation. To participate in insurance by individual means, you need to apply to the social security bureau where your account is located. Insurance procedures include: my ID card, two recent bareheaded one-inch photos, insurance premium, application form, etc.

2. If you don't have a Suzhou hukou or a work unit, you can apply for social security for urban workers in one unit through acquaintances. Of course, you need to pay all social security fees (including the part that the unit has to pay).
