Step one:

The company logs into the online service hall of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

Step two:

Select Work by Company-Social Insurance-Social Insurance Payment Declaration-Enterprise Employees' Social Insurance Payment Base Declaration, and click Declaration to enter the declaration page.

Step 3:

After entering the operation interface, click "Template Download" and fill in the total annual salary (reserved in RMB) of the personnel in the "Enterprise Employee Social Insurance Payment Base Declaration Form" in the template. After filling in, click the "Select File" button to upload.

Step 4:

Click the "Upload Materials" button on the right, and upload the certification materials such as the Application Form for Social Insurance Payment Base of Enterprise Employees and the Summary Form for Social Insurance Payment Wages in turn as required.
