When will institutions be included in social security?

Legal analysis: On July 20 14 1 day, the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions was formally implemented. The stipulation that "institutions participate in social insurance" in the regulations has triggered a heated discussion about "the dual-track pension system is about to merge".
