1, processing conditions:

(2) The cancellation of the financial social security card is not allowed. In the event of the death of the cardholder, the property heir must also provide proof of death and the original document proving the inheritance of the property (the certificate of inheritance issued by a notary public or the court's judgment, ruling, or mediation letter).
