Is the radiotherapy cost reimbursed by medical insurance?

Radiotherapy medical insurance can be reimbursed. When you are hospitalized, you don't need to apply for reimbursement if you are treated in the township hospital where you are insured. When leaving the hospital, the hospital will handle the medical insurance reimbursement procedures. If the accident is treated in a township hospital other than the insured place, then after discharge, bring medical records, medical bills list, hospitalization invoices, discharge records, ID cards, household registration books and other documents to the township hospital in the insured place for reimbursement.

Medical insurance card hospitalization reimbursement process is as follows:

1. If the insured person wants to submit an expense account, he can go to the designated hospital with a medical insurance card and issue a certificate of admission after being diagnosed by a doctor.

2. The insured person should go to the hospital window to go through the hospitalization registration formalities, and pay the medical expenses required for treatment first.

3. The materials for reimbursement include the original ID card, medical insurance card, medical record, admission certificate, inspection report and other materials of the person or agent, and the original materials shall be reimbursed to the local social security department.

The following medical expenses are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund:

1, which shall be paid from the industrial injury insurance fund;

2, should be borne by a third person;

3, should be borne by public health;
