Notice on Interim Measures for Transferring and Continuing the Basic Pension Insurance Relationships of Urban Enterprises and Employees

(a) If the basic pension insurance relationship is in the place of domicile, the place of domicile will be responsible for handling the procedures of entitlement to receive benefits, and will be entitled to the basic pension insurance entitlements.

(2) If the basic pension insurance relationship is not in the place of household registration, but the accumulated contribution period in the place of his/her basic pension insurance relationship has reached 10 years, he/she will go through the entitlement procedures in that place and enjoy the basic pension insurance treatment there.

(3) If the basic pension insurance relationship is not in the place of domicile and the accumulated contribution period in the place of basic pension insurance relationship is less than 10 years, the basic pension insurance relationship will be transferred back to the original place of enrollment where the last contribution period of 10 years was completed to complete the entitlement formalities, and enjoy the basic pension insurance benefits.

(d) If the basic pension insurance relationship is not in the place of domicile, and the accumulated contribution period in each place of insurance is less than 10 years, the basic pension insurance relationship and the corresponding funds will be collected in the place of domicile, and the place of domicile will handle the entitlement formalities according to the regulations, and enjoy the basic pension insurance treatment.
