How to pay social security in different places in Shanghai?

The trouble is that you must first find a good job in your hometown and determine a new insurance account (you can pay it in your hometown first), and then go back to Shanghai to go through the social security transfer procedures. Other procedures are quite simple.

You should bring a copy of your valid personal ID card (the second-generation ID card needs to be copied on both sides) to the social security center of the district (county) where you last insured in Shanghai, and then apply for transfer to the social security departments of other provinces and cities outside the newly insured place with this certificate.

Regarding the provident fund, you can apply for withdrawal (non-transferable) when you leave Shanghai. The provident fund paid in Shanghai cannot be transferred from other places, but the funds in the provident fund account can be withdrawn and cancelled. Extraction can be carried out according to the following steps: 1. Prepare relevant certification materials (original and photocopy of household registration certificate of non-local household registration, my ID card, certificate of termination of labor relationship with Shanghai unit or certificate of establishment of labor relationship with other provinces and cities); 2. Issue a certificate of withdrawal and an application for withdrawal to the unit where the individual housing provident fund account is located; 3. Go to the special counter for provident fund business of China Construction Bank's sub-branches in all districts and counties. Withdrawal of funds is the money paid by units and individuals in their accounts.

The answer should be relatively clear. You can also go to the social security center and provident fund management center in Shanghai for consultation and verification.

Please adopt it in time, thank you!
