Maternity allowance is the monthly living expenses paid by the state to Ma Bao after childbirth. (Under normal circumstances, the company does not pay wages during maternity leave, and the state pays maternity allowance. )
Second, how much can maternity insurance be reimbursed?
1. Prenatal check-up fee (amount): Level-3 hospitals can be reimbursed 1000 yuan, and level-2 hospitals can be reported to 800 yuan.
2. The maternity operation fee (quota) is as follows. Maternity medical expenses below the quota standard, paid according to the actual amount; In case of multiple births, the medical expenses for one more child can be reimbursed to 200 yuan.
3. Maternity allowance: The maternity leave days enjoyed by pregnant women in Hebei Province are 158 days (dystocia, cesarean section and multiple births plus 15 days). Maternity allowance = the average monthly salary of employees in the company last year divided by 30 days, multiplied by the number of maternity leave days. For example, if your average monthly salary is 5000, then the total amount of maternity allowance you can apply for is equal to 5000/30.
3. What are the requirements for applying for reimbursement?
Application conditions for maternity medical expenses: continuous payment of maternity insurance in this city for 3 months before childbirth;
Conditions for applying for maternity allowance: continuous payment in this city before giving birth 12 months or more (excluding the time of supplementary payment); The city's continuous payment is less than 12 months, and the city's continuous payment is over 12 months after giving birth. Maternity allowance for employees is supplemented by maternity insurance fund.
For example, if you give birth in July 2022, the payment time of maternity insurance must meet the requirements of continuous payment in June 20021-2022, and you can apply to the medical insurance center the next month after giving birth; If the payment time of the former is not reached, the payment must be made continuously for 12 months from August 2022 to July 2023 after childbirth, and then an application for subsidy replacement is made in August 2023, with the same amount.
