Does it affect the company's listing if employees pay social security in other places?

When a company goes public, the CSRC has strict requirements, including that the legal person must not have a criminal record of being sued, whether the financial statements are true, whether the employees are in arrears, and whether the social security is paid in full. If the social security is in arrears or all employees are not insured, the listing will be affected. Companies that coach the listing will urge the company to make up for it, otherwise the CSRC will shut the company out. These things will be dealt with before the company goes public.
