That depends on what social insurance you need in these five years. If it is clearly stated that it is required to continue for five years, then accumulation will not work. For example, if a non-Beijing resident wants to pay for a house in Beijing for 60 consecutive months before the date of application, then suppose a person applies in February 20 12, that is, it is required to be from June 2007 to June 20 12.
