Legal Basis

Article 12 of the Full Text of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Social Insurance Employers shall pay the basic old-age insurance premiums in accordance with the ratio of the total wages of the employees of their units as stipulated by the State and shall be credited to the basic old-age insurance co-ordination fund.
