For employees participating in basic pension insurance, the contribution base is determined according to the average salary of urban non-private sector on-the-job employees in Sichuan Province in 2017. The upper limit of the contribution base is 300% of the average salary of urban non-private on-the-job employees in Sichuan Province in 2017, i.e. 17908 yuan/month; the lower limit of the contribution base is 45% of the average salary of urban non-private on-the-job employees in Sichuan Province in 2017, i.e. 2687 yuan/month.

Basic medical insurance

For employees participating in basic medical insurance, the contribution base is determined according to the average salary of employees in all units in Suining City in 2017. The lower limit of the contribution base is 100% of the average salary of employees of all units in Suining City in 2017, i.e. 4164 yuan/month; the upper limit of the contribution base is 300% of the average salary of employees of all units in Suining City in 2017, i.e. 12491 yuan/month.

Unemployment Insurance, Work Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance

For employees participating in Unemployment Insurance, Work Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance, the contribution base is determined according to the average salary of employees in all units in Suining City in 2017. The lower limit of the contribution base is 60% of the average salary of all employed persons in all units in Suining City in 2017, i.e., 2,499 yuan/month; the upper limit of the contribution base for unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance is 300% of the average salary of all units in Suining City in 2017, i.e., 12,491 yuan/month.
