You can pay in AliPay. Serious illness co-ordination is a part of China's basic medical insurance system, so you can also pay in Alipay like social security, log in to Alipay, click more on the homepage, then click Citizen Center on the page, click Social Security after entering the Citizen Center, and finally click Social Security Payment.
