The Notice on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retired Persons in 20 16 issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance stipulates that retirees from enterprises, institutions and institutions who retire before the end of 20 15 and receive a monthly pension will increase their pensions, and the overall level will be about 6.5% of the monthly basic pension for retirees in 20 15, with fixed adjustment and linked adjustment.
