How to cancel rural medical insurance card

If the medical insurance relationship needs to be terminated for various reasons, the insured or their families should return the medical insurance card to the local city, district and county medical insurance center for cancellation. (2) Provide the procedures for transferring out of this city and my Medical Insurance Certificate. Note: My medical insurance certificate must be provided for cancellation in the above three different situations.
