Online newspaper companies generally only need to provide a copy of the insured's resident ID card (stamped with the official seal of the unit), and do not need to provide the original ID card of the insured.
First, the purchase of social security is restricted by local policies, and most areas cancel the household registration requirements.
Taking Chaoyang District of Beijing as an example, the information required in the local social security purchase and registration of local employees (1) is as follows, and there is no mention of the need to provide household registration books.
(a) "Beijing social insurance personnel increase table" in duplicate;
(2) Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Form in duplicate;
(3) Quotation document of enterprise version subsystem (five risks integrated software)
(4) Copy of the second-generation ID card of the insured (double-sided copy on the same piece of paper)
(5) Foreigners are required to provide the following materials:
1. Copy of the insured's passport;
2. One copy of each of the above five materials: foreigner employment certificate, foreign expert certificate, foreign resident journalist card, Beijing work residence permit (overseas students) and foreigner work permit;
3. Alien residence permit;
4. If the insured holds the Beijing Work Residence Permit for Overseas High-level Talents or the Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners, it is not necessary to provide items (2) and (3);
5. Insurance certificate issued by the agreement country (provided by foreigners with the nationality of the country with which China has signed bilateral or multilateral social insurance agreements).
Second, according to personal experience, online recruitment (employee insurance) is implemented in most areas at this stage. Online recruitment is mainly to simplify the operation process and reduce the time for units to apply online to the Social Security Bureau.
For online recruitment of enterprises, after completing the recruitment process, enterprises only need to provide the following information to the social security agency for the record, so as to complete the confirmation of the employee enrollment process. The required information does not include the household registration book:
(a) a copy of the insured's valid identity card (with official seal);
(two) after the successful online recruitment, print the "Beijing social insurance insured increase form" (official seal);
(three) the original enterprise social security (five certificates in one enterprise does not need to provide).
From the above, we can know that it is not necessary to provide a household registration book for social security purchase. Citizens only need to provide the original ID card, and the relevant information of the enterprise can be processed.
