Can social security be paid in two places?

Legal analysis: it can be paid at the same time, which does not affect, but in the end there is only one pension. According to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's documents, if the insured person has a basic old-age insurance relationship or repeatedly pays the basic old-age insurance premium in two or more places at the same time, it shall be cleaned up according to the principle of "transfer first and then liquidation".

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency and rescue medical expenses, and shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
