3. After receiving the information, the social (medical) insurance agency of the original insured place will carry the insurance certificate (first, think twice about education) and the change information form of the insured person's medical insurance coverage to the corresponding directly affiliated branch of Guangzhou Medical Insurance Service Administration for the transfer formalities.
