The increase or decrease of housing provident fund staff in that month will take effect in that month.

Materials required for the increase or decrease of housing accumulation fund:

Personnel increase: distribution certificate, employment contract, transfer order, company remittance change form (less than 3 persons) or personal account offer format change (more than 3 persons).

Staff attrition: standard certificate of termination of labor relations, dismissal of legal documents, retirement certificate, death certificate, transfer certificate, change list of company remittance (less than 3 people) or change of offer format of personal account (more than 3 people).
