Xiamen Children's Medical Insurance Payment Time:

Annual centralized payment time: June every year;

Daily payment time: from 4th to 25th of the next month.

If the "individual pays" payment method is adopted, there are the following three payment methods:

(1) Automatic deduction from personal entrusted bank account: the tax department will deduct the basic medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents in the next social security year from the personal deduction account during the centralized payment period from June 4th to 25th every year; For supplementary insured persons, the tax authorities shall withhold and remit the basic medical insurance premium for urban and rural residents in the current year from the personal entrusted deduction account from the 4th to 25th of the next month.

(2) Health account payment: If the insured persons of urban and rural residents who have established Xiamen "Family Medical Economic Net" have registered their health account payment through WeChat official account "Xiamen Medical Insurance" before the tax authorities issue a debit note, the medical insurance department will directly deduct the payment from the health account of their family members in the "Family Medical Economic Net". After receiving the withholding information of the health account of the medical insurance department, the tax department will no longer deduct money from the bank card entrusted by it. If the deduction from the health account fails, the tax authorities will entrust the bank card to deduct from the urban and rural insured card.

(3) UnionPay online payment

Insured persons who fail to apply for one-card entrustment or fail to deduct money due to insufficient balance can log on to Xiamen Tax website or WeChat official account "Xiamen Tax" and use functions such as "Payment Inquiry" or "Social Security Payment and Inquiry" to pay fees.
