Dismissal compensation generally means that according to Article 46 of the Labor Contract Law (the employer shall pay economic compensation to the employee) and Article 47 (the calculation standard of economic compensation), the employer pays the employee one month's salary. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; Economic compensation paid to workers for less than six months (economic compensation for half a month's salary) does not include social security and provident fund. That is, the treatment of social security and provident fund is calculated separately.
