Hello, first of all, you need to log on to the website of Shenzhen Social Insurance Fund Administration, click on the "Online Service" item on the home page, click "Online Registration of Newly Insured Enterprises" in the column of "Online Application for Enterprise Social Insurance Registration" → Click "Agree" → Enter the registration information as required → Click "Apply for Registration" → Enter the registration information as required → Click "Save".
Then, within 5 working days after the successful application, the printed Registration Form of Shenzhen Enterprises Participating in Social Insurance and related materials will be submitted to the local social security agency for registration.
The information to be provided includes:
(1) Registration Form of Shenzhen Enterprises Participating in Social Insurance (company seal);
(2) Original business license;
(3) The original certificate of uniform code of the organization;
(4) The original account opening license or the certificate of the account opening bank or the original seal card of the account opening bank (with the official seal of the bank);
(5) A copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the enterprise (stamped with the official seal of the unit);
(6) Copy of social security agent's ID card (original inspection).
