According to the Notice of General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Compressing Card Issuance Cycle and Optimizing Social Security Card Management Service (No.79 issued by the People's Social Welfare Department [2019]), our city actively promotes the construction of one-stop comprehensive service outlets for social security cards, compresses the card-making cycle, and realizes instant card-making and rapid card replacement, and the card-making cycle is compressed to ten minutes.

On the afternoon of August 28th, in Guangde Sub-branch of China Industrial and Commercial Bank, Ms Ling, a citizen, applied for a social security card. It only took 10 minutes from submitting the information to handing in the new social security card. At this point, the first social security card was born in our city. From the previous 60 days to the present 10 minute, the social security card one-stop instant business card printing service network was launched, which made the social security card processing run out of the "Guangde speed".

In order to facilitate the general public to handle social security card business, with the strong support and care of Xuancheng Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, our city has launched a one-stop service for social security card financial outlets, providing new business services such as card replacement, social security card inquiry, loss reporting, password reset, cancellation and account activation for the insured people. In the future, the business of replenishing, receiving and renewing the social security card of the insured person can be handled at one-stop service outlets only with my ID card. After receiving the social security card, the insured can also directly activate the social security account and financial account of the social security card at one-stop service outlets, so as to instantly realize the functions of drug purchase in pharmacies, medical treatment in hospitals, financial business handling and so on.

At present, our city has built a one-stop service network for social security card finance in ICBC. From now on, the insured who chooses ICBC can go to ICBC to handle related business, and the rest of the bank outlets are expected to be put into operation before the end of August.
