Social security relations and labor relations

Social security is one of the evidences to prove the existence of labor relations, but there is no reciprocal relationship. This is because:

1, having social security does not necessarily mean having a labor relationship. If the labor contract has expired, even if there is a social security relationship, it cannot be considered that there is a labor relationship.

2. Having labor relations does not necessarily mean having social security. This is because in addition to the illegal non-payment of social security, there may also be part-time employment relations and labor dispatch relations. Or the social security relationship is not in the employer.

Therefore, it is difficult to directly identify where your labor relations are simply from the situation you expressed.
