Article 51 An unemployed person who has one of the following circumstances during the period in which he or she receives the unemployment insurance benefits shall cease to receive the unemployment insurance benefits and shall at the same time cease to be entitled to the other unemployment insurance treatments:

(2) Re-employment;

(3) Re-employment;

(v) refusal, without justifiable reasons, to accept the introduction of suitable work or the provision of training by a designated department or institution of the local people's government. Article 64 The social insurance fund includes the basic old-age insurance fund, the basic medical insurance fund, the industrial injury insurance fund, the unemployment insurance fund and the maternity insurance fund. With the exception of the basic medical insurance fund and the maternity insurance fund, which are combined and accounted for in a single account, all other social insurance funds are accounted for in separate accounts according to the type of social insurance. The social insurance funds are subject to the unified accounting system of the State.
