Beijing social insurance registration certificate

Registration for social insurance

I. Materials to be submitted:

1. The original and a copy of the "Authorization Letter for Payment of Special Entrusted Receipts in the Same City of Beijing" signed with the bank of account;

2. The original and a copy of the "Certificate of Organizational Code" (a copy) issued by the State Department of Quality and Technical Supervision;

3. Enterprise Holding the original and a copy of Business License of Enterprise Legal Person (copy) or Business License of Enterprise (copy).

Additionally, if the employer (or operator) of an individual industrial or commercial enterprise is an urban household in the city, a copy of the employer's (or operator's) household register (including the first page of the register and the person's own page) must be submitted in addition to the above materials.

2. Forms to be filled out:

Two copies of Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form

3. Notes:

1. Enterprises that are not registered in Haidian District should go to the social security agency in the place where they are registered to handle new insurance business;

2. After submitting the above materials, the center will handle the registration of social security and print out the "Social Security Registration Form". Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form" (Table 1) and obtain the social insurance registration certificate number.
