Article 8

Social security card registration and approval procedures:

(1) When issuing social security cards, the provincial human resources and social security departments shall submit the application materials to the office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Informatization Leading Group for review.

(two) municipal human resources and social security departments to issue social security cards, the application materials should be submitted to the provincial human resources and social security departments for preliminary examination.
