The monthly payment standard of social insurance for the insured is divided into four grades: the lowest grade (40%), the first grade (60%), the second grade (80%) and the third grade (100%). Refers to the payment base of the average wage of social workers in the previous year. For example, the average salary of social workers last year was 3000 yuan. If you choose 80%, you will have to pay 8% if you are an enterprise employee, which means 192 yuan. The higher the level, the more you get, which means the more you pay, the more you get.
