How to query the rural social security payment record system
1. First log in to the rural old-age insurance management system and find the query statistics in the menu.
2. Select individual payment information query. This query can be vague or accurate. You can select one or more of the four check boxes of payment company code, insurance number, ID number and name (with a check mark on the left), then select the customer type and press the "Query" button to query. If no selection is made, all personal payment information will be displayed.
3. After selecting the payer code, you must select a payer code.
If only the Payer Code check box is selected, press Query to display the payment information of all individual payors of this payer.
4. When selecting ID number, you can also enter a number less than 15 or 18 for fuzzy query.
5. When selecting a name, you can also enter the first 1 or 2 words of the name for fuzzy query.
6. When selecting Insurance Number, you can enter a number less than 10 for fuzzy query.
If the insurance number entered exceeds 10, only the insurance number will be accurately found, and the ID card and name conditions will be invalid.
7. Press the Print button to print the customer's payment record card.
Second, the individual payment information query
1. First log in to the rural old-age insurance management system and find the query statistics in the menu.
2. Select individual payment information query. Select the corresponding township (town), collecting company and customer name in the tree structure on the left side of the "Personal Payment Information Query" window, and display the basic information and detailed payment record of the collecting customer under the "Basic Information of Paying Customer" and "Detailed Personal Payment Record" option pages respectively.
3. When you query according to the entered query conditions, you can make a fuzzy query or an accurate query. Check the three check boxes of insurance number, name and ID number in the query criteria area, or select one or more (check marks are displayed on the left) and press the "Query" button to query.
4. When "Insurance Number" is selected and less than 10 digits are entered, fuzzy query will be conducted; When the input is equal to 10 bit, make an accurate query (other conditions are invalid. )
5. When selecting "Name" and "ID number", you can also enter the first few digits for fuzzy query; All inputs are accurately queried.
6. Under the option page of "Individual Payment Details Record", press the "Print" button to print the issuance record card.
7. Press the "Back" button to return to the main window.
