Legal basis: Article 16 of the Measures for the Regulation of the Total Number of Small and Medium-sized Passenger Cars in Guangzhou has paid social medical insurance for employees in this city for 24 consecutive months in the past three years, and paid social medical insurance records for employees in this city in the last month, which is interpreted as covering one of the following situations:

(1) Having reached the statutory retirement age and the accumulated payment period of social medical insurance for employees in this Municipality has reached the period stipulated in the current medical insurance policy;

(2) the unit is in Guangzhou, working in Guangzhou (including retirement) and enjoying free medical care (including provinces and municipal districts) for more than two consecutive years;

(three) to enjoy the above-mentioned free medical care and to participate in the basic medical insurance in this city for more than two consecutive years.
