There are three cancellation procedures for school social security cards:

First, bring personal social security card and ID card information to the local social security center to submit an application for account cancellation, and then the staff will try their best to cancel the account.

Second, you can pay attention to the official WeChat account of the local social security center, log in to the personal social security center system in the official WeChat account, select the cancellation option, and cancel the social security card.

Third, log in to the network system of the local social security center and find the cancellation option in the personal center account to cancel. No matter how to cancel, you can't continue to enjoy social security services after cancellation.

Cancellation method of social security card

(1) telephone cancellation

Call the social security service hotline 12333, press "0" directly, and transfer to manual service. Provide your social security card number/ID number, social security card password and school name, and the customer service staff will help you cancel your social security card.

Note: At present, cancellation of social security card through social security hotline is not supported in most areas, but only in a few areas. Please refer to local policies.

(2) Cancel the social security center.

The insured person can carry valid identity documents and social security cards, and go through the cancellation procedures of social security cards at the window of the social security agency in the insured place.
