(2) Offline authentication

The town or community labor security station (institute) and social security service hall in the downtown area are certified.

1. People living within the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province shall go to the nearest town or community labor security station (institute) and social security service hall to apply for a certificate on the spot.

2. Persons living outside the jurisdiction of Sichuan Province shall go to the town or community labor security station (institute) and social security service hall for authentication, fill in the treatment qualification authentication form, and then send the treatment qualification authentication form to the social insurance affairs center of Leshan Central District, Sichuan Province (address:No. Mapu Road 123, Leshan Central District, Sichuan Province, zip code: 6 14000). Those who live outside the province for a long time can apply for inter-provincial assistance certification in the social security center of the insured place, and conduct on-site certification in the nearest town or community labor security station (institute) and social security service hall every year.

(3) Family authentication

For retirees who are older and unable to "recognize their faces", their families can contact the town or community labor security station (institute) in advance to apply for an appointment for on-site accreditation.
