The enterprise holds the copy and photocopy of the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person, the institution holds the copy and photocopy of legal person registration certificate, the social organization holds the copy and photocopy of legal person registration certificate, and the state organ holds the letter of introduction from the unit. Some special industries need to provide other relevant certificates as required.
