The difference between first-level social security and second-level social security

Legal analysis: social security is 60% in the first grade and 80% in the second grade. The higher the level, the more you get, and the second social security file gets more insurance money than the first social security file. The social insurance agency shall timely, completely and accurately record the individual's personal rights and interests such as social insurance payment, employer's payment and social insurance benefits, and regularly send the personal rights and interests records to me free of charge.
