Notice on employees handling social insurance matters?

All units (departments and workshops):

In order to protect the vital interests of employees and ensure the long-term development of the company, the general manager meeting of the company decided to pay the social insurance for employees (medical insurance, work injury insurance, endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance) as follows:

1. Employees who meet the requirements of the company (who have worked in the printing workshop for 6 months and worked in other units for more than 1 year) can apply for social security by filling out the social security application form in the human resources department. ?

2. Age of participation in social insurance (male: 18-60 years old; Female: 18-50 years old), if the employee reaches retirement age (male 60 years old, female 50 years old) from the date of participating in social insurance? If the accumulated social insurance payment has not reached 15 years, you must pay 15 years to enjoy the relevant social insurance benefits. ?

3. For employees who need to participate in social insurance, please provide two personal 2-inch bareheaded photos (employees who have previously participated in social insurance must provide employment unemployment certificates). ?

4. Old-age insurance: Employees must pay accumulated contributions for 15 years before they can enjoy old-age insurance benefits. ?

5. Medical insurance: female employees must pay for 20 years and male employees must pay for 25 years. ?

6. At present, the state has not clearly defined the payment period of social insurance items for employees: maternity insurance, unemployment insurance and industrial injury insurance. ?

7. If the employee meets the requirements of the company and is unwilling to apply for social insurance for the time being, he can sign a letter of commitment to give up paying social insurance. If employees need to pay social insurance in the future, they can apply to the Human Resources Department. ?
