Jishou social security inquiry medical card is damaged and reissued

You can get a temporary social security card at the scene when you reissue it. It usually takes about three months to get a new card.

Social security card replacement conditions:

Method 1: The insured shall go through the formalities at the social security institution or social security cooperative bank with the above information.

Method 2: After logging into the enterprise non-CA authentication system, the company applies for a new card number on the "Application for Business Card Form" page of "Social Security Card Business", then enters the "Print Business Card Form" page to print the certificate form, and then submits it to the business card printing window together with the receipt of digital photos and a copy of ID card to reissue the social security card.
